What We Do:

Financial Claims & Servicing (F.C.S.) is an automotive & truck disposal company.  Banks, finance companies, fleet lease companies, etc.  Banks, finance companies, credit unions, or fleet lease companies are not in the business of reconditioning cars, touch-up, or mechanically preparing cars for resale.  That's where F.C.S. steps in. We take the cars on consignment, get them ready, advertise, and sell them for the bank or finance company.  If for some reason an automobile or truck does not sell, it is taken to dealer auction and sold.  We provide this service free to the financial institutions.  If the automobile or truck does sell at our lot, we only charge a $399.00 fee to the purchasing customer.

All of our cars are priced 20% to 50% less than any other comparable automobile or truck.  The big winner in all this is our customer . . . YOU!  All of our merchandise carries clean titles and most are one owner.  Some bank financing and warranties are available.  We accept credit cards!  We also work well with credit unions.
